Its good, but...
I don't think its that great. Its doesn't make all that much sense to me. I know its part of a series etc but still...
I give it 4/5 for its look and animation. It tried to follow it and it was kinda interesting but not top 50 material imo. No way does it match, say Skaijo's work, for example, which has more detail, more character and development of sound.

Perhaps if I knew the language, it would make a lot of sense, but until then I will just have to enjoy this story of cruel love. your animation is incredibly fluid, and really expresses emotion more than you usually see. In fact, I'm amazed at your ability to do such, as it's incredible to watch something and feel... whatever way I did! A few things I have to complain about, the music was fantastic, and did a fabulous job setting the mood, but I have no idea what he was singing! Naturally this isn't your fault, but if you could do a translation type thing at the bottom of the flash, and maybe just write it out somewhere or something, that would be most excellent, but until then I'm NOT taking off points because of it.
The graphics were amazing, simple and smooth, and beautiful overall. My only two complaints are that, during the fight seen the animation seemed a bit... unlife-like (When he sweeps the leg, the perspective you set made the leg look 8 feet long, when the kid runs towards the main character). This are all really minor, but what really ticks me off is the poorly animated fire, which I know you could do better with. Add more colors, make it flow better, make it dance! It really detracts from the atmosphere when you have this beautiful movie and then, right towards the climax, is this thing that sticks out and nags at you.
Anyways, terrific flash, really one of the prime movies on this site. Keep it up, we need more stuff like this.
