who the hell?
Ok, that was a good flash and all, and it looks like you put a lot of time in it.... but.... what the fuck does the grim reaper have to do with donkey kong? I hope you didn't put him in there just because he looks cool... because he doesn't.
I dunno, maybe I'm just being a jerk... But a lot of it just didn't make sense, and it's to a point where I don't think a sequel will make it all come together... but I've been suprised before.
Beside all that, your effort shows, and it was pretty good. Watching some of the charactors die was some good funnies. making it worth the time to review.
I think you need to stick with comedy
It's obvious you put a lot of work into this, and I'm not saying it was a waste of your time but there is a lot of things that could've been done better. I really think people would agree with me when I say you should stick with styles like the Mario Bloopers (which are great by the way) and maybe stretch that out a bit more. No one has really attempted a long DK flash that I'm aware of, so props there for trying. I hope that if you do continue the series that you'll make a lot of improvements.
Really boring and lame
Seriously, I'm all up for donkey kong flash and everything but "Go my monkey warriors" Ruined it for me, along with everything dieing, especially baby. Hell I laughed at his death. Another thing is the Grim Reaper dudes sprite. It failed, alot. It looked like you just drew it up in flash and filled it in, it really didn't look good with the other sprites, which by the way, who is it? You really didn't give the viewer a reason to care, he just kinda appeared and killed baby and waited on a tree. One more thing, specify if Diddy's sleeping or dead, I really didn't know. (Which btw where the hells all the kong barrels?). And one last gripe, don't spend abour 5 minutes showing a obese baby dead in the snow. That almost made me click out.
You're a good sprite animater, it's just that you really need to work on plot and clearifing things. Hoping for a much better part 2.
