Good game with nice feel
not an original concept to be sure, but there are a number of elements you added to this version that i really like.
first, every other game i've played requires you to watch out from hitting the sides of the tunnel. i must say it's much nicer to not worry about that and focus on the "real" game aspect, getting through the discs.
the mouse movement and response felt really nice, so kudos. being able to adjust the mouse sensitivity was a small stroke of genius in itself.
all the elements of the hud were handy, the progress meter, speedometer, and especially the mouse position/missile aiming display in the corner of the hud. however, its size and position made it pretty useless at high levels when you're staring at the center of the window.
i like the whole monochromatic black-and-white look, very sleek, although the colored explosions and fwg logo detracted from that somewhat.
it might be nice to add a darker or more precise "scuffmark" after a crash to show the player exactly what it was he hit.
unfortunately, this game also contained two of my biggest flash-game pet peeves -- misspellings ("panalty"), and sound without the ability to turn it off. i thought the music that you had fit the game nicely, but many situations are just not conducive to playing games with loud music and explosions.
overall, what i consider to be a brilliant take on an old concept. the solid feel gives it good replay value. good work!
