Freaking Amazing

I've lurked in Newgrounds for several years watching awesome flash roll by every so often. Every once in a while one rolls by that stands out even among the good ones....this is such a flash.

I never thought I'd actually become unlazy enough to make an acct but I wanted to let you know that your series has got a veteran lurker to log in so he could say how much he likes your work :P

PLLLLLLEASE don't lose the motivation to continue the story & action....I love how you keep bringing chars into the story as you go. Was especially plzed with the "Yoshi isle flashback".....freakin brought back memories of me wanted to punch my screen to shut baby mario up. Nice to see the SMRPG refrence too ...was awesome.

Also liked the "focus" effects during the dream sequence @ the start...good touch there.

Freakin' awesome last scene as well..... can't wait for the next one!

A pleasant surprise

Never thought I'd be giving a sprite animation a perfect score, but then again, this is REALLY GOOD.

I haven't seen the previous intallments, yet it was quite easy to get into seeing how I know most of the mario lore, and a bit of the Sonic one. The characters a portrayed really well, sticking to the image shown in the games. The dragonball Z feel isn't as exagerated as some other animations, which is good. I'm sorta tired of seeing every single character go super saiyan. Brings back alot of nostalgy. The addition of humor here and there is also enjoyable.

Graphics are sprite, but the motion blur, camera movement, and the overall choice of shots really make you forget it's moslty a bunch of old blocks. The addition of actual pictures during the yoshi sequence is a nice change of pace, for what it's worth.

Sound is also very good. Although there are no voice overs, the tidbits of voice are of very high quality and are very diverse. The music score works perfectly for every scene, a very good job.

Where's Wario?

I love the show but where's Wario? And who are the Axem Rangers X? I hope your going to put Wario in one of these episodes because I was thinking about his return since episode 3. Don't get me wrong though, I don't really lke Wario too much but it's starting to annoy me that he still hasn't shown up. How did Yoshi get to Yoshi's island anyway? I didn't think Yoshi's could swim.
