Reviews for "Valentine '29"

Yes!

That's absolutely awesome!

I would like to congratulate you guys on this one. I just KNOW this will be on the frontpage, and surely get rewards.

I love the fact this has a storyline, not a lot of the movies on NG have it, and to do it in a collab would have been ever harder.

I'm looking forward to any planned collabs by any of you guys.

Only point of critique; make sure your sound is in order, sometimes the voices were hard to hear.

Cool

This was a good submission. It was definitely interesting to see how each artist brought their own unique style and interpretation to the table with each scene.
It was well animated and cool to watch. good job.

Great movie, but...

The second artist, meebs, didn't fit, he tried to make it a comedy, it didn't fit at all. Everything else though, perfect, absolutely perfect. I would have loved to give this a 10, but because of Meebs I had to give it an eight.

1337ness

This was awsome. I know it was based on an event that happened some time ago, but rehaps you could make up a sequel? I think that was worthy of being made into an actuall movie. Above that stupid scarface movie, and jusr on the same level as the godfather.

Really great work. :D

Great work!

This is a great collaboration! It's not very often you get collaborations that work so well together in terms of plot and coherency. The fact that it was the same person doiing the voices for each entry helped retain a sense of consistency between the varying styles of entry. The only entry i'm not so happy about is Meebs part, as it just seems awfully light-hearted and cheery compared to the rest, and terribly out of place.

Also disapointed by the ending the entry, I feel this could have contiued on. Still, this was a good account of the Valentine's Day Massacre, and the music throughout was brilliant
