Front page?
I liked the main character drawing and the background music (but it stops after a while for no reason).
The game was very bad, main caracter is able to do many things which you don't need (moving,jumping) and the game is VERY repetitive. I suppose that a game which it's main objective is pressing space at the right moment would be boring, so thats why you made him able to move, but, why would I want to move if the ONLY thing I have to do is hit a ball?
What a crock of shit!
The game is shite, and very, very pointless. Like why is the flaming jump there for? Overall a very, very ghey game.

This game is just plain stupid. How did it get on the front page? A slow day at the Newgrounds fortress perhaps? They could have just grabbed a random green- or blue-highlighted entry from the portal and it would have been better than this.
First of all, there is no reason to run or jump, AT ALL.
The sound gets HORRIBLY annoying (especially after the music stops and you have to hear the awful "homerun" voice over and over).
The height of the balls has absolutely no effect on game play. All you do is press the spacebar when the ball passes that one little line on the mountain in the background. Homerun every time (which doesn't make sense anyway) until the last level.
TWICE, on the last level when I got to 19 home runs, it just quit back to the time trials menu, before my time was up! After the second time I just quit playing and decided to write this crap review for this crap game.

Kronos, his description of what you need to do for controls is pretty accurate. Because I have no idea why in the game you would need to run around or jump at all. You're better off standing still and just whacking the baseballs, because moving at all can only cause you to miss them. Overall not a bad game, but there should probably be a reason for us to move around since we've been given the ability to. Maybe power ups will randomly appear on screen? Perhaps you've already though of this. Anyway, overall not bad, but it does have some problems.
Extremely flawed!
The key things that you missed were:
Not a smoot transition from tutorial to the menu.
It's way more complicated than your instructions say, for example, when moving, you can't bat nor when jumping.
It was very tough for me to play this game, so I'd recommend reviewing your code and just tweak out these little details, and you'll have a nice and interesting game.
