This one was indeed released in the US, under the name "ECO Fighters", and used the Forgotten Worlds control set (8 way joystick and spin knob/button). I believe Ultracade also MAMEd it in the Capcom 3 set.

ok i guess
well the sound drove me insane i felt like i was either playing a game for 6 year olds or 1 that was 10 years old. and you used sprites which also made it seem like a really old game.
You made one fatal error...
I've played the oringal game.
Choosing to continue is supposed to let you satr from where you died, not all the way back at the beginning of the stage.
Fix that and this game will be perfect.

Did you create all those sprites yourself? I love that super nintendo'esq animations. Other than that it was an average game. Where was the music? I saw a button to toggle music on and off yet there was no music????
