Very well put together! I can't help but feel like I've seen this somewhere before... maybe Deviant Art? Well something like this, but this is totally new. Well, at least this part. Anyway, great job, this rocks, but I can't help but feel a little cheapened by the rapid-fire fighting sequence. I've just seen it done so many times... But don't let it stop you.
Now if I may, how many are in your team? Just two? Or...?

Now, I hate anime-type art styles, but regardless this is still well done.
It's what it promises.
A bunch of cat-like things running around "Nightmare City" with guns, motorcycles, etc.
The graphics are slick, and colorful, but the music is really annoying.
Some sort of Japanese Metal/Pop thing. Whatever the fuck it was, it sucked... Although it did seem to fit the flash quite nicely.
I would advise that you keep making flash with the quality you've demonstrated here... But maybe make it appeal to a wider audience.
