What a sad commentary...
Let us start with the mere factual errors:
A 12-year-old boy who is the "legal owner" of an "Uzi." To start, the boy cannot legally own any firearm. Second, "Uzi" (which we'll assume means the Uzi 9mm SMG), is an NFA class 3 firearm. You'd need an FFL to own one of these (typical annual fee; $3000), you must be 21, and you must pass a thorough FBI background check.
Now on to the other disturbing portion of this animation. Why does billy shoot the supposed child molester? Because he's so obsessed with material goods that a PlayStation vs. a PlayStation 2 is reason to kill a man. Nice job. Now lets shoot Billy and save society the trouble of lethal injection in 6 or 7 years.
