AWESOME!!!

This was a truly revolutionary game. This publisher is a genius. I wish there were nore games like this one on New Grounds.

I liked the music even though it was kinda depressing.
I liked the varying game modes. There was a bestiary, a level choose, and a minigame.
This game needed a load/save feature.

Please make more games like this. I guess it's a kind of bug simulator. What about mantis sim? Anyway I hope this series continues on!

OMG i love you guys

this is so awesome i love the phsyics and i guess they were made by komix judging by the other submissions by him. it also looks really sleek and great. its a bit of a slow paced game but its still addictive this has to go on my favs list and so do you guys. great!

yep

Moving in water is painful, but otherwise I love this game. Innovative control, amazing graphics, beautiful music. Find-the-key is overdone, but having to catch it in the webbing at least keeps it interesting.

Great Game

Awesome, even considering that it was only part of the full game. To anyone having trouble reading the text: Turn the visual quality down a notch or two, it can make it significantly more legible. 8)

excellent game idea, just too slow

First of all, AWESOME game idea, and kudos for making this. The creature is really cute and you really feel like you want to help it survive. =)

However, I'm playing it on a 1.5 ghz p4 computer and its a pretty choppy...

You know what though... I've seen these elastic physics-based creatures before and they played really smoothly... I think the reason is beacause, in those ones, there are no backgrounds and if there was one it wouldnt pan around, which is whats probably making this game really slow.

So I would suggest two fixes:

1. Convert this SWF into a hardware accelerated (DirectX) game. I think there is a good converter out there that can do that.

2. OR... Keep in in Flash, but instead of panning the background, just have screen-to-screen transitions. I know this would be tricky in this case because theres 3 feet to control/ move around, but it would definitely fix the lag/choppiness if you could find a way to do it this way.
