don't ask me why it's mature, i was shocked too :P i just put in what the game was: Mild Nudity, Mild Adult Themes. there's mild nudity, in both one of the backgrounds and... well, some of that needs to be considered nudity ;)
as for adult themes, if you actually went through the entire game, listened to all the songs, read every word on every background, and saw the whole thing, you'd know theres adult themes. just not what you were expecting :P it's not adults only, though. thats what you should expect for real womens titties like that.
