You've done a very nice job with this game! Why, the moves I was pulling off on those demons reminded me of some crazy combination of Devil May Cry and Onimusha. I love how you incorporated so many different moves. Sure, swiping an enemy into an air and slashing them, stabbing and slashing behind you into a the same full combo is a simple procedure, but few flash games have such abilities. I was really impressed to hear that this was your first flash game. My only complaint: the ability to block would be nice! Of course, dodging and evading enemy attack wasn't too hard, but blocking is always a nice thing to have. I enjoyed the short 5 second video of the boss getting aced, a nice treat for those who complete the game.
A very nice game for first try. The animation is smooth and the controls don't lag or anything, either. Always a plus! Keep at it, we at Newgrounds look forward to future submissions. Include a storyline, and make sure it's a good one--lame stories in games don't cut it for me. I let it slide this time because it's your first and all. Plus it was a good game regardless.
Anyway, good luck with future submissions. I'll keep track of your stuff to make sure I don't miss a thing. :)
