Eh...

I really hope this is just a demo version. Seriously, the game's got a whole lot of bugs and it still needs some work before it can be called a full version of the game. The 9th guy was somehow unbeatable (I won the fight but the game counted it as a loss), computer fighters were a bit overpowered (how can a guy with a weaker weapon and less str/attack than me do more dmg with one hit? and how the hell does a lvl 5 get the whole armor set for lvl 12? strange...), and btw - I didn't actually see any difference between the three types of attacks (they all did the same damage). The sound was good, but after trying to beat the game over and over again the yells of dying fighters might be a bit annoying. The graphics were good too. There was some nice gore in the game (how cool it is to chop someone's both legs off with only bare hands...). The overall is 5, because the game had a lot of bugs. I hope that they will no longer be a problem in the sequel. Good game, anyway.

good concept but...

You really need to work out the kinks in the game's engine. having lvl 3 opponents with high end weapons and armor sucks. also, they seem to hit 10x harder and 10x more frequently. I've tried a variety of builds, including starting 10 attack, and starting 10 defense, as well as the well balanced ones, its just too bugged. i can out class an opponent in strength, attack and defense, and get a max normal hit of about 5-8 with the lvl 1 arena champion's weapon, they get one swing for 28. also, when i did the 10 attack, it said 92% chance to hit with the quick blow...and yet i missed 7 out of 10 times. and then 9 out of 10. granted there's a chance that COULD happen, but the odds are so low that it has to be something in the coding that is messed up.

oh the one time i randomly lucked out into beating the 2nd arena champion and was working my way to the third one, i killed a guy, clicked on the check mark and then it told me i died.

this would've been a great game if it weren't for the game over thingy at the 9th fight what was tom thinking when he was putting this to the frontpage fix that shit and it should be fine

i feel like there is no skill involved in this game. no matter what i do, i always seem to get screwed by a critical hit. And whats up with my opponent being able to attack me from such a long range while i have to be point blank to attack? a save point would also be very useful.

Money

I don't usually complain about games or rant, but i just have to say this, is that all you ccare about, money, there are like 5 of these and they all cost money, great game but not worth money,m srry but 5/10
