and i also like to point out that this story started to reflect more on sonic and shadow in this episode. i mean, mario and luigi don't even talk. they just yell, say "adoobadaydoo" and "mamamia" and if you continue this in episode 9, i think i might call it sonic the hedgehog z

Dear mario2006 Shadow had way more attacts inflicted in many parts of his body in previous games so I think him getting kicked in the head is a minor surprise.
