Good, but not great...

Well, it's not your best yet, but is still of a very high quality (Fight scenes are truly superb) and easily deserves 10/10.

Very cool. i just want to know one thing. When i pan out/in with sprites and a background, do i have to resize all of the sprites seperately?

Nice teenage mutant ninja turles reference, it brought back more memories from the OLD them. And great job on the fight, it was so chaotic!
