Well i bet your thinking that they might bring them back to life in the end through the power of the Chaos Emeralds. It really blew my mind when i saw Shadow and Mario Tag teaming through the air. That was Awesome! And that part where Mario and Luigi used the Feathers, the music for that part sounded soooo familiar cause I know i heard it before. What was that song from anyway?
All of the other Sonic characters are dead. And I currently don't have plans to bring them back. (Although I might change my mind later).
As for the Mario bros transformation scene. The song was from the Japanese version of Digimon frontier.

... oh and am I mistaken or does Shadow totally hit Mario once in that koopa bros fight? If i'm not mistaken I rofled out loud at that :P
Actually. Shadow was smacked into Mario by Black Koopa. But it does look like he's hitting him in the thick of the action. XD

The only thing i didn't like about the story was all of Sonic's friends dying, but the action at the end made up for it.
Why didn't the Koopa Bros have the Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles theme?
