You just brought it to a whole new level and kept it fresh while still maintaining the Madness style. Awesome over the shoulder view, along with a much more theatrical feel. And nice messages all over the walls. Always good for a laugh.

this was awsome!!!!!!! here are my thoughts of it.
kickass things: our hero becomes more and more mangled, pretty soon he will be a zombie himself, lol. awsome battle axe, when the real decapitation begins. flaming clown from hell.
the one thing that displeased me: sloooow, i think you used to many frames per second, but then again wat do i know, make the next one like madness combat 5.
