See it's description in Madness collection...
"The sixth official episode of Madness, by Krinkels!"
And not much else to say. Really, no real improvements, Jesus doesn't do anything but a sleezy cameo... this feels like half a Madness movie. It slows down at points, regardless of quality, the killing is just too saturated; people just wait to die, in other ones; they were doing something, having a smoke on guard duty, talking, walking in to check out what's going on, coming to see what's up, etc. Here- it's just... standing around with guns and sticks waiting to die. Nothing really new or interesting, a major let-down for any fans. I'd give this a bit lower score but people keep whining about not rating it as an individual flash... Also, take a good hint from the descriptions of the flashes in the Madness collection;
"Who would think the Chicken Dance would lead to such mayhem!"
"Our hero is off to find the Sheriff, and kill everyone who gets in his way!"
"He's back for more! Will the mass killing ever stop?"
"You know it just keeps getting better and BETTER!"
"Nothing like an evil clown to stir things up!"-TURNING POINT. Notice how all that can be thought of is the clown, which already stirred things up like 2 episodes ago...
And finally
"The sixth official episode of Madness"-Basic "See it because it's a part of a great series" line; movie is ok on its own, but really sucks compared to the rest in the series which put it to shame. I mean really, the killing didn't feel unique at all; he held some guys head and shoved a freakin baton through his neck in one of them, he's crushed people with vending machines and tables, etc., in others; here, it's all just run and gun... and considering how little of the old dodging and fighting and movement there is, it's boring and generic. Just same old same old, lets throw in a couple things, etc. That, and the train is *really* messed up. The clown is too far to jump in the scene where you first see him pulling away! Then magically, the engine comes backwards about a mile and he can jump . . . And jesus! Jesus doesn't do ANYTHING! He was in like, every other flash, and now you have some stupid clown who just won't die. Idon't know about other people, but I hate the clown. This episode feels more like a beginning of a longer, fuller episode, ESPECIALLY the ending. It's not a cliffhanger, it's a "wtf where's the rest" hanger; imagine a James Bond film where it ends right when he gets to the enemy base. It's cheap and doesn't make you want to watch more, it makes you want to burn whoever made you buy a ticket in the first place.
People, stop giving shit reviews because of one aspect, and review it AS A WHOLE and IN FULL, not "OMG THIS IS 1337 LETS GIVE IT HIGH SCOREZ"... Yeah, it's a great film, but NOTHING is great to the point where you give 10s and 9s in every category with no comments...
Things to improve:
-Action
-Jesus involvement
-More interesting enemies (kill them differently, less gun more unique stuff like the others)
-Less enemies on screen at once; it lags on even good computers (especially when all he does is shoot every last one of them... That just really makes you bored)
-More lively enemies (actually have them doing something; remember the guy reaching for the SMG, gets stabbed, and his partner is ripped into the air and shot in the face? I can't remember ANYTHING unique in this movie... save maybe the end.)
-Don't leave us with a "watch the next one!" ending; it just reinforces the idea of laziness or cheapness in a film
Other than that, graphics are good, sounds great as usual, nice shift to a train setting to keep it fresh, nice idea of superclowngodofevil thing, nice use of new guns (could use other new stuff), nice change in sword type, good diversity of rooms.
