Good animation but it's just pointless killing.
Graphics:
My computer isn't that good so it was on low so this doesn't really count that much.
Style: This is where I think the series drops the rating. It's just full of pointless killing. There is no story to it. it might just be me but any movie needs some reasoning to it. Also I hate the no "remorse" style of it. The protagonist seems that he'll be walking through a park, killing anything in sight. Maybe you could try to put some reasoning and sympathy into the next episode, or into the next series you create.
Sound: Kind of sick of the screaming and gunfire but was good.
Violence: As said before, not defined by the content but was good.
Humor: Only funny bit was the Jubus Character in the train scene but still pretty crappy
The main thing that can be improved is the content of your movies. Justify the violence. Many people like a good story.
Flash animation doesn't get better than that
Pretty much summarising everything in the title - the Madness series has consistently been one of the great features of Newgrounds and this installment doesn't disappoint. Possibly the best selection of music and effects I've seen, ultra violent and stylish as ever. Probably one of my all-time favourites.
