You can tell that the clown is pissed off at Hank when he gives him the pipe. (Wait... does he give the pipe to Hank so that he can fight back and get beaten and have to suffer? Or just for fun?)

really cool i don't understand the reason for the clown but whatever he's awesome but not as cool as hank and to the guy before me that's what killed him in madness 3 hank stabs him with it and stop signs are the best weapon
