I don't really know what to say about the story, but The whole animation was very good. As usual the art seems to stand out a bit from the rest of the stuff on NG.
It was entertaining, a bit confusing, but overall, entertaining.

Just a basic look at it.
The Pulch was Ecstacy.
The conversations were the usual talk you do when on E's.
Luxomberg was a part of us all that eventually dies when we move on from that time in our life.
Collar Craig, measurement fights was the usual crazy from Firth. Good stuff.

Oh i feel sad... was everyone getting high off that thing? Anyway what was luxinburg a peice of bread? i liked it alot, very cool kinda sad though. :(
Another masterpiece.
Not as subtle as Men From Up the Stairs, but still hilarious. The stick arms didn't fit the characters very well though...
Overall, not your best, but still funny.
