Very clever.
I've worked out what this is about and for all Newgrounds users who don't get this one, here it is: This is actually a metaphor for wanking. The shape of the pulch, the pleasant vibes, The 'Reasuring' arm, Luxembourg telling Terry to keep his eyes to the ground, Terry telling everone that's it's all over, the pulch falling and oozing and the goo not tasting good. This is brilliant, Dave u should be proud of your self :)
