I don't do too many reviews, however since I saw this game being called disrespectful and all that, I decided too. Now, while this isn't the most fantastic game, it isn't half bad either. I've seen you say it wasn't intended to be disrespectful, so I say kudos on a half decent game and well done for not letting all these people who think they're high and might get to you o.o;.
Not quite as bad as people have made it out to be.
This game was actually not too bad. Yeah, Steve Irwin was a protector of animals, but this game is not mentioned to be taken seriously. In fact, the title is quite ironic, since you wouldn't expect Irwin's wife to go kill other animals, even the animal that killed him.
Anyways...the graphics on here were decent. Nothing too special, but everything looked pretty crisp. The style here was a bit below average, as this game seemed pretty generic. In addition, it was a little bit offensive (since Steve Irwin didn't believe in killing animals). The sound was excellent - no complaints about that! The violence here was decent - the blood was animated pretty well. However, there was only stingrays to kill, so there wasn't much variety in the violence. The interactivity was great - it got harder and harder as you progressed, and the crocodile bomb was a clever idea to spice up the game. Finally, there is a little bit of ironic humor here, since this is exactly what Terri probably wouldn't do after her husband died.
Yes, this game is somewhat offensive. And I say, so what? As long as it is a good, fun game (which it is), I will give it a good score. The only thing that I'll do if it's offensive is deduct at least a style point, since graphics, sound, violence, interactivity won't be affected (humor is a wild card).
Anyways, this is a good submission, and please ignore the naysayers. In the mist of tons of generic slideshows, this is the best thing that I've seen about Steve Irwin. Overall: 7/10

Although the game is fun and all i definetly know that the irwins would be offended by this (not that I am because i'm not) cuz steve loved animals and his family probably did too.
They were talking about this on the news today...
I had to check it out when they were talking about it this morning on the news. I wasn't sure what to think of it at first, but it's actually quite humorous. My favorite part was DEFINITELY the crocbombs. :D
