look he isn't makeing fun off the death and this will never happen, terri knows it's an accident and won't go killing them so play it as a game. sure he may belittle the death and thats not good but it's a game it has to be slightly humorous. but for the game not bad graphics, the sytle was common fun, but i don't like the idea the sound was a little boring afte awhile, violence sure but not blood and guts which is good its a game so inteacticity, humor but not to my liking overall a six, it's a good game but i don't like whats its based on.

Yep

I agree with Octavarium, not only because he named himself after a kick-ass Dream Theater album, but because he had a good point to make.

Im sure if, by some fluke in the time-space continuum, and that Steve Irwin came back to life, he'd only dislkie this game because of his love for animals.

As for the game, I love platform games, haven't a clue why, so this games getting a high review. keep at it man, maybe next time make one a little less controversial, even if only the undereducated are insulted.

Does no one here get it?

Some people here appear to be insanely stupid. Yes, Steve Irwin was killed by a stingray, and yes, this game is about an Irwin who kills stingrays. Nowhere does it say "I believe Steve Irwin's death was a hilarious incident" or "I wish to disrespect a dead man." In fact, nothing remotely similar to that is said or implied.

The game's simply putting a celebrity's death in a bit of a lighter tone. I don't think any disrespect is implied here. That said, it's somewhat a decent game, nothing new. Decent sound, decent graphics, decent mechanics, whatever. Just for making this though, I'm bumping the score up.

BTW, I noticed some people saying "if Steve Irwin was alive, he'd be very upset, blah blah blah." For reference, if Steve Irwin was alive, THIS GAME WOULDN'T FREAKIN' EXIST. I guess some people are pretty retarted....

Seriously children, I think that you should have never signed up for Newgrounds in the first place if you found this to be offensive. If you assholes have any brain cells left in your heads at all, you would see that this game was made to chill everyone the fuck out and make people smile. I'm sure that if the author of this game REALLY wanted to offend people then he would have taken a different approach: like making the stingrays anally rape Steve Irwins wife, then eating her and throwing her back up.. something along those factors.. so in short: WAH! CRY ME A FUCKING RIVER. Stop complaining, stop weening from your mommys titty which has made you into a bunch of little whiny pussies, and grow the fuck up and if you dont like this, then dont comment, keep it to yourself or go throw yourself in front of a large stingray.
