Alright Game, Nothing that disturbing...

The only thing wrong in the game was the preloader when the stingray nails Steve in the back. The game was ok for something made in 1-2 days. There was nothing sick mentioned or said in the flash. People should relax, Steve was a good person and loved animals and the author didn't mean to spit on his grave. You people are over analyzing this game way too much. It's like your looking at one spot of the message, and not the rest. I know Steve or anyone of his family members wouldn't approve of this but this game is just making the situation lighter with a little bit of humor. Besides many of the people trashing this submission haven't watched that many "Crocodile Hunter" episodes or a big fan of Steve. Pretty soon many of you are even going to forget about his death. Enough ranting, R.I.P Steve. Feel sorry for his wife and kids.

Disgusting

How it's possible that this flash got the score it did is beyond me. The game itself was average. Sound was repetitive, as were controls. The person died too fast and there was a max. 50HP.

Why I think this is disgusting is that you've turned a tragedy into a joke. I thought the flash was going to be alright, but when the loading screen was a stingray coming up from behind him, I was appauled. I played the game just to see this 'Ray King', another disgusting addition.

All in all:
The game- Decent, could be better, but not horrible.
The idea behind the game- Disgraceful.

i really don't understand way so many people are giving you so much grief about this game. sure he did just die but come on this really isnt as offensive as so many other submissions on newgrounds. to call the author sick, twisted, or mentally retarted is way out of line. anyway here's what i thought about the game. it is a bit simple and i found the hitbox on some of the rays to be off. also you just have to stay low and avoid the rays and use a croc bomb (which i thought was one of the coolest things ever) when things start to get hairy. the rate of fire on the gun i found to be a bit off and it just wouldnt fire at times. For all you game haters out there, steve was killed by a stingray and to see his wife want revenge is not all that offensive even though he was a conservationist. Suck it up

Nice try but...

You can tell this was definatly rushed, im not certain how this made the front page... I honestly played for 30 seconds and then yea...
if you decide to remake this (it could be fun possibly... who knows) try fixing the gfx... they don't look like manta rays, also, shooting one harpoon every 3 seconds whilst the manta rays dodge up and down makes it rather difficult...
