It's alright, don't be so sensitive

To the last reviewer: We all pay our tributes in different ways. In this case the maker wanted to do it this way, to make light of the situation. Maybe it isn't what the Irwins would have wanted, maybe they don't care. But I thought it was fine.

The only way I see this being justifiably taken down is if the parties that this game involved were truely offended and wanted it taken down. Other than that, the users have no right to complain about it. If you see th summary and find it distasteful, don't play it. No one is forcing anyone to exprience the game. All you have to do is either close the window or press the back-button and go on with your life.

Steve and Terri Irwin spent their entire careers dedicated to preserving and rescuing wildlife. Regardless of Steve Irwins freak accident caused by a ray or not, surely even in death he would not want anyone to send out the wrong message. Yes, a ray may haf killed him, but it is neither Steve Irwin nor the rays fault. The best way to pay tribute to him is to continue his mission and believes of saving wildlife and not by gunning down wildlife itself. To even use Terri owens as the main character is just downright distasteful. It is even presumptious to assume Terri Irwin is blaming the rays of the world and is out seeking revenge against the strong beliefs she shared with her husband. I mean her husband just passed away have the decency to show some respect. This flash is juz a poor excuse to get onto the frontpage and imho, should be taken down.

I liked Steve Irwin, and like almost everyone else was devastated about his death, but equallt I don't see any reason to censor things like this.

It's a bit tasteless, but it's not like the family are going to be discarding their grief by going to Newgrounds so close to the event.

For all the dumbfucks who think that death is an unreachable topic which shouldn't be looked at in this way, you should open your eyes a little. Countless numbers of people die daily, some peacefully, some naturally; some in pain and poverty, others in comfort. Giving special status to the death of one person simply because of his celebrity status by flaming to buggery something which takes some humour out of it is stupid and hypocritical, especially considering the number of works on this site where huge numbers of nameless, faceless targets are the victims. You can't change death, and if anything laughing in its face is going to soften the blow.

As a side note, I'd be pretty fucking chuffed if my death prompted lots of parodies like this.
