I have no idea what the hell just happened, but I enjoyed it.
Unlike the person before me, I'd love to see a sequel. Especially if there was a bit more exposition in it as to what the crap is going on.

It's hard to explain why. I guess it's the randomness of it all.
Did you get any inspiration from Head, perhaps? The whole opening the door and seeing the eyeball there reminded me of that movie.
