Somewhat sick, but fun.
Made it all the way through in one try, but I think I played it before... So probably not on the first try. I think you should add more levels, maybe add more story or a level selector of some sort.

Good surgery game
Gory as hell but very fun to play.
I like the procedures accurate to a large extent.
I did a project on Medival Surgery/Medical aid (Forget the exact title it was a long time ago. Quite a few of the methods you used were accurate ( Dont know about the vampire part though lol) Good game fun to play and realistic like no other surgery game (well that I've played anyway)
