Amazing and original
Nobody else would even think of something like this. The grphx are just pure amazement and this concept is great. Yes it has some gore here or there so cry about it. It's a surgery game there should be blood and gore.
In all I'd give this a 4.75/5, enough for a 5!

wow i would hate to be a surgeon back in those days that would suck but i dont think cutting open the bubonic plagues boils and giving the guy a new scar so he will be popular with the ladys will actually cure the bubonic plague but he does have that really neat scar now maybe he will be cured lol

I love games like these, trauma center was a great game if u get past the retarded story, this is a great one too, i would love to see a modern version from you.

This is an excellent game and it definitely needs more, and not in a bad way. Its very on par with Trauma Center. Hope to see more like this.
