On the 2. level I split open boils and cut the vains and he's not in th least amaunt of pain?

Not very challenging, but I still loved it.
good but one flaw
i loved the game untill i got to the vampire and i lost and had to do it ALL over again. this game is amazing but that is the only flaw that stood out to me. but all in all u disurve props.

This was a good game but.... the starting over if you fail system was a let down for me. Graphics were pretty good though and the medicinal stuff was realistic
