This game is pretty fun to play, and is very morbidly entertaining. I did notice that it is kind of hard to percisely aim the knife at the cut points, causing lost vitality, and I was hoping this would be open ended (as in wounding the patient without killing them).
Way back when I had a slower computer this game seemed a lot easier, now the hammering and other operations that require precise timing are much trickier to pull off. I do like the increased feeling of worry and success that that provides, though. The music gives it a darker quality than the cartoony design would suggest.
