Morbidly Entertaining.
This game is pretty fun to play, and is very morbidly entertaining. I did notice that it is kind of hard to percisely aim the knife at the cut points, causing lost vitality, and I was hoping this would be open ended (as in wounding the patient.)

Good work. I loved this game. I agree that this is definetly what makes a good sugical game! Can't wait to see more of this in the future. It would be cool if the stiching were a bit more detailed and it involved a little more background and scenery to set the mood.

(I picture the surgeon (you) walking out of the room, through the door, outside, and walking away far from the camera. Then...
A car passes by the camera. The screen immediately goes black.)
Weird stuff like that can be shocking if directed right.
