This game was absolutely fantastic , the only thing you should change is putting more levels in , otherwise its perfect just the way it is .

this game is real simple but you screw up on the simplest tasks, like cutting the boils open or stitching the patient up, also is there a way to not hurt that one guy with the arrow in his leg??
