I like it..It reminds me of Amateur Surgeon on [as].com. But, I'm giving you a nine because I don't like that after you lose, you go back to the VERY beginning. Other than that, it's great. :D

Why did I give you a 9? The short answer is: What about the other side of the leg in the first surgery? It would've been much easier if the arrow was cut from the sharp tip, then remove it. Let's not forget about that side bleeding after you remove the arrow. Wouldn't it be more reasonable to put human tissue on the bleeding side too? Wait, maybe your answer will be: "Well, where would the fun be in that case?" right?
Still, appart from the first surgery, everything was fine.
