Strange but good
This game was pretty good and tricky, it doesn't exactly say how you have to operate on your patient. But the game was still interesting.

Seriously? Could you have come up with a better game? I am probably the only girl to love this game as much as I do. It's soooo amazing! I've played it over and over again and I love it more each time.

One major flaw
The game was great, good graphics, gameplay and very interesting missions. But the one glaring flaw was having to start the whole game over again every time I messed up. It almost made me fling my keyboard across the room.
Other then that, it's an excellent game.
