Good but not great
I found it a bit basic with no REAL gameplay it was basically just dragging a mouse, the music was stupid and had no tune to it.
Next time, make a GOOD operation game! Heres an idea a proper operation bench with patients to operate on, you have a time limit and cant make one mistake! THAT would be challenging!
Really good, and very dark!
Great game if you are up for a bit of gore, and it is really well made. Hope to see a second one come out sometime, as it would be a really good follow up to this great one!

It really was entertaining to no end. I was hoping for more surgeries. Perhaps Dark Cut 2 is in order?
