took me a bit to figure out how to cut but then i got the the game fine its quite a good game.
but when i cut the last boil it just stays there and nothing happens...

too few quests
Not bad, but there are some things to fix: 1st, the player never had a second chance - if I screwed up, I had to start over. It not good, frustrating.
Than, u could add some more quests, lots of people would be happy to play more of this.
And last but not least, I never heard about removing the arrow in that way u've shown. I'm might not enough familiar, but for me it's hard even to imagine, that the arrow gets pulled out in the other side of the leg: hitting it trough the leg can couse great damages - even deadly ones if it cuts trough the arteria. There was a tool that was drilled in the arrowhead, fixed there, than the doctor could pull it out even from a bone.
