1st was good
2nd was nasty but awesome!
the last one, when u have to mark line for the axe, u can draw anything on him

Good surgery game
Gory as hell but very fun to play.
I like the procedures accurate to a large extent.
I did a project on Medival Surgery/Medical aid (Forget the exact title it was a long time ago. Quite a few of the methods you used were accurate ( Dont know about the vampire part though lol) Good game fun to play and realistic like no other surgery game (well that I've played anyway)
