YES OH HELL YES
this is better than madness... one probem that downed the game some.... its shorter than gary coleman without legs. the soundtrack fit the gmae but maybe a track selection for the next if there is one? like some... dir en grey or some job for a cowboy.. that would do just fine.
it is all around good game with some minor flaws.
not for the weak stomach or the faint of heart.

This was quite enjoyable, being a Trauma Center fan. It was like a darker version of that.
If I may suggest though, add more "patients," or perhaps a sequel. I will look forward to it, should you decide to do so.
