Very creative game. I like the whole Medieval Surgery-type idea. The sounds were kinda... uh... graphical lol, but, I thought it was a bit too short. Like the review below mine says you should make a level with NO instructions, and go by your instincts and... training. Maybe make a sequel, and them it to... Ancient Egyptian surgery? lol wtf?
Too short to replay
Graphics could be improved, though they re nice already. The style is what I like best, good ol' medieval doctoring. The sound was getting on my nerves, try adding a SOUND OFF option. Overall, rather good game, though short. Add some more levels with perhaps later in the game some levels without instructions, just a tool set and your own teachings. You might consider a Torture game? Hostel-like?
This game marks a new genre
I've been waiting to see a game like this forever and I'm asd I didn't play it when it had first come out. You did such an amazing job on this, you should make another and another and another. Set it in different times, to use different tools, more complex things and so on. Good job on making such a crazy sweet game.

I don't get the last level when you kill your patient! But i HATED the music and no sound. Very challenging make more! Not medival though i don't care if it is medival but ide like normal surgery =D So you MUST make more it was really fun!!!!!
