good game
i like the game very much but the music is not very good
and taht last part whit a vampire you chop off his head off
why dont you just chop it off bedoud that garlic and spear and stuff

love the game! you cant improve it cause its alredy perfect!it is realistic (except the vampire) and has good medical techniques. dont know what else to say.
