A few problems...
Very simple to play, and still a lot of fun. My biggest problem was at the race to the finish level. In the GC game, you fall, you don't get a high score. I didn't like to have this mini-game a requirement, as I really sucked at it. But other than a few other nit-picky "OMG IT ISN'T TEH REAL THING" issues, this was a lot of fun! Well done!

This is a pretty good game, it oozes with effort. I find it funny that the shine is overpowered in this too.

But I'd have to agree to the last person. It was real sketchy at some points. It would be great for your next one to add more characters and levels! I haven't been able to get any other characters >,< But maybe that's because I can't save it. Maybe you should do a password save thing like that.
Ignore Twist. He's never made any flash and his music is 1.00 rating. Basically, he doesn't know how much work you (probably?) put into it.
If the frames were a little more improved and there wasn't that "fly away" and "sliding" probvlem, it would be an even better game!
Good game, needs a bit upgrading to it.
I enjoyed playing it, but it needs more improvement. For example, each time you run, it slips slightly. And the graphics are the most need on improvement mostly. Well, I'm not exactly sure how to say what I am going to say for the graphics. Oh and I'd be happy if you can put Naruto characters to play as. And some more Mega Man characters. Maybe like Zero and others like that.
Yeah so nice game for your first try.
P.S. These are only suggestions IF you make another game like this.
