Really poor

Were it not for the Smash Bros name I doubt this would be anywhere near as popular as it is. There's just so much wrong with the game.
- Is every surface made of ice or something? Sliding everywhere you go isn't really that fun
- Does the game take place on the moon or something? Thats the only thing that could explain the screwed up jumping.
- Why does it take just one attack to bring you up to 80%? It seems like you have it so that you rapidly receive damage for every second the enemy is touching you. That's a terrible system.
- What's with all the crappy characters from some 12 year-old kid's Sonic fan-fic?
- Why did you set the controls to be so awful? Customization of that aspect wouldn't be at all hard to implement.
- Balance; ever heard of it? Obviously not.

It's not even remotely fun, and the promise of unlocking some crappy new characters does nothing to motivate me to play anymore.

Your game cheats!

I don't like cheating games. The player sprite is way too slow. and the enemies move at normal speed, so it isn't the computer. Also, 100 man melee is impossible to do. You get killed after 10. I have tryed. And to top it off, there is a glitch that makes you fall through the platform wwhen you get hit bad enough. Sorry, but, try again.

Seriously...this could have been better.

The second time I played this game was better, but it still has epic flaws. Though this was your first piece, it could have been much better. I'll go ahead and list off a few problems I had with it:

Level development was poor. Some levels, like Peach's castle, didn't even seem to be completely finished. I kept wondering if I would die or not if I went into the black zone. Jumping from one platform to another also required a good bit of patientce, which was the biggest reason I stopped playing.

The fighting in this doesn't really require any skill, you just charge at them all the time or learn the up arrow or down arrow combos. Since you can't block, you have to launch a total offensive, which isn't such a great idea since you'll likely fall off the stage if you charge too much. It was hard to know where enemies were coming from, which made killing them all the more annoying.

I have to say that the AI is close to retarded. When there are multiple enemies onscreen, not all of them will try to attack you. The computers do completely random things, often making them hard to find and very annoying to try to eliminate. They often kill themselves as well, taking a lot of fun out of the game. Allies did the same thing, and though you'd think they'd be useful, they just took away the fun of knocking out enemies on my own.

People will likely say my review was useless, but oh well. I said what I needed to say, and that's that this game is crap. Better luck next time.

CRAP

this game sucks, it's an unresponsive piece of crape that should be thrown away.
the graphics are even worse than the controls. then of course there's that jail bait girl that does the voice
