Good to see, poor game.
I didn't much care for the gameplay. It was very well done, and in fact I felt like I was playing SSBM when I heard the music and saw the screen and everything. The simple controls and very strange feeling movement made me not a big fan. Try a little harder, but I love where you're going with this.

i think it could of been way better. i know its your first game but how do you make captain America suck. i dont like the whole idea either on sonic and mario together its not right. but good job on everything else.
erm....
an interesting game... let's look at the pro/con list, shall we?
pros:
- a lot of effort must have went into this. i'm sure making this must have been very difficult, even by game-developing standards.
- the graphics are quite good for a flash game. the sprites must also have had a lot of effort.
- the music taken from the actual game gives a nice touch.
cons:
- the controls are really awkward, hard to get the hang of, and just downright bad. there's only one button for attacks, unlike the actual game. once you've actually got yourself moving in one direction, it's really hard to get yourself in the other one.
- the damage counter is way off. the opponent's attacks shouldn't give 60% damage per hit, especially if your attacks are like 10%.
since gameplay is the very core of a game, i give this game a 6 out of 10. nice idea, but bad execution. i would much rather just play super smash bros. on a N64 emulator.

This games ok, but its a lil 2 buggy. some stages cum un solid and crap, but, uh, i like it. It gets boring after a while, but its pretty fun. Nice job. i gave u 6 cuz of the crappy glitches, u can beat the game with them, ya kno. I did in 3 mins. ^^
