Frustrating. CLEOD 9 PLEASE READ

I'd like to start this review by saying that I don't dislike this game. In fact I actually like it alot and it is the best attempt at smash bros with flash yet. It is amazing that you were able to pull off a game like this. The reason I couldn't give it a great score is because it is often very frustrating.The reason this game is so frusterating is that it is so close to being an awesome flash adaption of smash bros. but is killed by a few shortcomings that could be fixed. The only reason I'm being so harsh is that if u make a sequal u really have the chance to make the best flash ever. but this game just dosen't quite do it. Heres why.
1. the Most important problem with the game is simply that it is way too fast. In Melee a 3 man stock battle can last as long as 7-10 minutes. In this game they are a whole lot shorter due to the fact that that each attack does so much damage and smashing is as easy as a regular move. You should at least have to hold the button down to do a smash or something like that.Even the characters move to fast. It feels like I'm constantly playing with a bunny hood.
2. Lack of 2 attack buttons. You just can't emulate the smash bros. feel without the coralation between normal and smash moves with one button and special moves with the other. You just can't do it with 1 attack button. I would even be ok with just using the up arrow key to jump and making the jump key a second atack. its annoying when all i can do with captain falcon when standing still is FALCON PUNCH! without more buttons the game reduces to button mashing.
3. Sliding. This is one of the first things I noticed about the game and I thought.. WTF!!??? what's with the sliding. You shouldent slide after you stop pressing an arrow key to move. Not all characters slide but some do. It often causes me to die and should not be in smash.
4. Some characters are simply better than otheers in this game. that shouldn't be the case in smash
5.(this is just a minor gripe so don't worry about it too much) Some choppy animation. Don't get me wrong I love the animation of most characters such as sonic. Infact this is the most minor issues as most of the animation is great. But it seems very choppy in some characters like zelda and super sonic. I realize however this is not your fault tho. The original sprite sheets(which I think I now whart they are) just arn't very good for smooth animation. If you can smooth up the animation for the characters with less good animation that would be awesome, but if u can't, maybe u should just replace them with characters that have better animation.
I put a lot of time and effort into this review so if you ever read this please try to fix some of the problems with this game if you make a sequal. (which u said u might)
That said I really like the game I just want to see some of these issues fixed!
