Sure, this game isn't Melee. It has less moves, and isn't really a full Smash game. But this is a fan-flash game of SSB! It was awesome when it came out, and while it may not hold up well, it was the gateway to one of the best Smash Bros. games that exists today, which is a sequel to this game. Give it some slack, guys.
