Reviews for "Throwback the Duck Ep. 0"

Good job

Let's explain clearly. My first thoughts were:
1. Thrownback is a swan
2. He looks like Donald Duck, only his eyes are too small but who cares
3. "The Heroes of the Childhood" are still in my memory, i really miss those games, I started to play them, only classic games left to walkthru are "Super Mario World" series
4. Adventure Island guy is looking like Kid Paddle
5. The future series would be great
So keep up the good work.

impressive

That was really good. Cant wait til the next episode, hurry up and make it! lol

Perfect! Well almost...

It isn't every day that we see something so good on newgrounds.

It was cool the way you mixed the retro funny cartoon ambiance to the weird and cold world of the games. The story is really creative, and unpredictable. It was very close to hoving's animations like UMC or Hot duck, and I like his work a lot.

I think you could do it more short. The stuff on this movie could be shown on three little episodes.

You had pretty good voice acting there, but most of the musics didn't have the same feeling of the rest of the animation.

Man it is good the way it is. If it was my movie I would change some things, but it isn't. I is yours so keep the same style for the next episode.

This is so polished, professional and has so much thought into it rather than just "OMG, funnee" humour, but rather a kind of smirk every few seconds humour - truly sublime - with a great story.

And there's a proper introduction by the 'author's comments' box, commenting on his vision for this piece - we don't just want to watch flash, we want to know about it, so I'm glad you put that in there too!

I'm going to keep it this short else I'd have to write about 2000 words detailing just WHAT makes this so good - so I'll stop now.

Is this in my 10 best ever Flash pieces watched? You betcha.
