Man, Tankmen have to be my favorites things on Newgrounds, seriously. The graphical style rules, it almost has it's very own style of humor, the voices are done super well. Just plain awesome.

I was going to put "not anymore, bitch." as my one-line summary...
as for the author... why did he say "kill a few commies for me?" is one side communist and one side capitalist? or are they both capitalist thinking the other is communist? is it just a us v. them slur and sides have no meaning whatsoever?
referential comedy is fun.
as for constructive critizism, I think it needs more music. yes the talking is funny, but I think a theme song type thing would help. of course, there is that contest going on, so hopefully you'll choose one of those songs soon. (pick something rock or dark electronica)

I'm not going to tell you that I laughed out loud because, well, I didn't. It's a nice and amusing movie, better than the majority on this site.
Nice side-story. Just so you'd know, it's extremely hard to make me laugh out loud (been as soon as I do, I can keep it up for a while). Bun since TANKMEN 1 actually did, I'll give you a nice score.
