ray is one of the best characters of the internet and the games are some of the best in my opinion.
finally ray can talk (and has a son who saw that one coming?) and is as cool as ever and still even after just being shot can throw someone out of a window
the ray collection is one of the best on newgrounds on whats wrong with looking like south park.
Entertaining
When I read that this was 10-minutes long I was expecting I would watch one minute and then turn it off, so it is to your credit that I actually wanted to finish the whole thing. I liked the humour, and most of the story, although I am a little confused since I've never seen Ray part 2 or anything you've done before (I will shortly though).
I agree with somebody else's criticism that the characters looked too much like South Park, that was my immediate thought too.
I also found some of the dialogue got too quiet at points so that I couldn't quite register what was being said.
Overall, great stuff.

That languge the Iraqies where speaking...what was it? o.o If it was suppous to be Arabic then it didn't sound arabic to me.
You did a pretty good job with the graphics and sounds, but you need to work on the plot and try creating something less offensive.
Make sure you waste your great drawing skills on something everyone can accept next time you make a Flash. :<
