Not bad
I liked the graphics and the animation but as a cartoon it isnt all that great. I know it is a trailer but I dont think it should get number one spot on looks alone. I'm not saying it's your fault, I bet that the series will kick ass. Its just that I dont think the trailer should get as much praise as this one is.(as the guy before me(or close to it) said)
But other then that...

I don't really se what the big deal is.....
I really don't get all the praise and rewards for this. It's juat another trailer to me. Ok graphics, some violence,no plot explained,introduced characters, nothing really that new that I haven't seen before.
Tailer=bad, everything else=good
Alot of potential in the series itself, but the trailer seemed kind of weak to me. It felt more like watching a very short story (or an opening cutscene... a bad one at that) then a trailer which is meant to grab attention and make you want more. I guess you just put too much information in the trailer itself. Try using more visualy stunning grabbers (and you did real well with the animation) to tell the story rather than telling us outright. Give cliff hangers and keep us asking questions. I give a moderately low score for this, but I expect that I will be giving higher points in the actual series.
But aside from all that, I can not wait for the actual series to come out. Your animation is good, the story line seems fluid, and if you can make your battle scenes look good like you did with how he killed those three things, then I see alot of potential.
Overall: Alot of potential, but the trailer was just.... ugh...
